Dom's book

Dom has been working hard practicing his reading, sightwords and spelling this term, and it is all starting to pay off. He is starting to find reading a little easier and has been doing well with his spelling, and is starting to gain much more confidence. A few weeks ago he wanted to write a story (about policemen and robbers of course ;) so his kind Dad helped him make a book up. He was so excited at the end of it and read it to us a few times. It is lovely seeing him excited about this sort of work and wanting to read and trying to write (not that that is always the case!).
